As of 31st October 2001, Besta International
Trading Pte Ltd has been awarded the ISO 9001:2000
certificate. Besta International Trading Pte Ltd is

What is ISO
9001:2000?
ISO stands for International Organization for
Standardization. The ISO 9001 is primarily concerned
with "quality management", the 2000 stands for the
revised standard.
This means we need to fulfil
· the customer's quality
requirements;
· applicable regulatory
requirements;
· enhance customer satisfaction;
and
· achieve continual improvement of its
performance in pursuit of these
objectives.
ISO 9001:2000 is only for those who have
proven that their quality management system complies
with the requirements. This award is arrived only
after having been audited by an independent
party.
